My name is Bill Alston. I have worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry since 1979.
For decades I have advocated for systemic changes in the Real Estate industry. The changes I am referring to are 1) to stop the hiring of unskilled, unsupervised agents, and 2) to stop hiding pertinent data owned by the local MLS services.
When the market crashed a few years ago, many of the unskilled and unsupervised agents left the industry. However, MLS services still refuse to share pertinent data. In addition to these problems, the market is currently dominated by the banking cartels which have created this so called “world wide financial crisis”.
Years ago I read a book written by a man, much wiser than I, who described the banking industry as “the systematic embezzlement of client funds.” I agree with him completely.
News Flash-We are not experiencing a “monetary crisis”. What we are seeing is the logical end to a deliberate and well executed business plan. In times of chaos, there is danger as well as opportunity.
